The apartment is located in the quiet Sonveulla district, in the upper part of Cogne village, just a few minutes’ walk from the shops and restaurants in the centre and from the alpine ski lifts.

The apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am at the latest on the day of departure.

Your little four-legged friends are welcome at Chez Maria (2 maximum).

Accessibility

The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs).

Inventory

A full inventory listing everything in the apartment is given to guests on arrival. Any missing items or other issues noticed by guests on arrival must be reported to the owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Final cleaning

The rental always includes a full clean of the apartment, which we carry out ourselves after the guests leave. We simply ask guests to do the following before they leave:

  • Wash all the dishes in the kitchen
  • Put the crockery away in the kitchen cupboards
  • Empty the fridge completely
  • Take away all personal food
  • Take all rubbish to the public bins
  • Leave the VITA card (rubbish bins) on the table
  • Switch off all the lights
  • Lock the apartment
