1 living room – 1 kitchen – 2 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed) – 1 bathroom – 1 terrace – 1 private garden (50 m²) – 1 parking space in a garage on the ground floor (opposite the lift).

An easily accessible, very pleasant and comfortable apartment with a very quiet garden.
Ideal – summer and winter alike – for combining peace and quiet, mountains, comfort and views… while staying close to the centre of Cogne.

One dog only is allowed in the apartment.

Check-in / check-out

The apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am at the latest on the day of departure.

One dog only is allowed in the apartment. No other pets.

Accessibility

The apartment is accessible for people with reduced mobility (only 3 steps to reach the garden).

Inventory

A full inventory listing everything in the apartment is given to guests on arrival. Any missing items or other issues noticed by guests on arrival must be reported to the owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Final cleaning

The rental always includes a full clean of the apartment, which we carry out ourselves after the guests leave. We simply ask guests to do the following before they leave:

  • Wash all the dishes in the kitchen
  • Put the crockery away in the kitchen cupboards
  • Empty the fridge completely
  • Take away all personal food
  • Take all rubbish to the public bins
  • Leave the VITA card (rubbish bins) on the table
  • Switch off all the lights
  • Lock the apartment
