The apartment is located just outside Cogne (next to the fire station) and the shops and restaurants in the centre are an easy few minutes’ walk away (footbridge and lift). The apartment is spacious, with 2 lovely bedrooms and a small terrace overlooking the shared garden right next to the building.

Inventory

A full inventory listing everything in the apartment is given to guests on arrival. Any missing items or other issues noticed by guests on arrival must be reported to the owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Final cleaning

The rental always includes a full clean of the apartment, which we carry out ourselves after the guests leave. We simply ask guests to do the following before they leave:

  • Wash all the dishes in the kitchen
  • Put the crockery away in the kitchen cupboards
  • Empty the fridge completely
  • Take away all personal food
  • Take all rubbish to the public bins
  • Leave the VITA card (rubbish bins) on the table
  • Switch off the pellet stove
  • Switch off all the lights
  • Lock the apartment
