An ideal apartment for the summer months, with its large sunny terrace – offering panoramic views over the Saint Ours meadows and Mont Blanc – furnished with a table, 4 chairs, 2 benches, a parasol and 2 sun loungers.
The apartment has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large table, a comfortable sofa bed and two armchairs.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and direct access to the first bathroom.
A second bathroom can be reached from the living room.
Both bathrooms have a washbasin, a bidet, a shower and a WC.

Check-in / check-out

The apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am at the latest on the day of departure.

Pets (dogs, cats…) are never allowed in the apartment.

Accessibility

The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs).

Inventory

A full inventory listing everything in the apartment is given to guests on arrival. Any missing items or other issues noticed by guests on arrival must be reported to the owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Final cleaning

The rental always includes a full clean of the apartment, which we carry out ourselves after the guests leave. We simply ask guests to do the following before they leave:

  • Wash all the dishes in the kitchen
  • Put the crockery away in the kitchen cupboards
  • Empty the fridge completely
  • Take away all personal food
  • Take all rubbish to the public bins
  • Leave the VITA card (rubbish bins) on the table
  • Switch off all the lights
  • Close all the outside shutters
  • Lock the apartment
