Ideally located apartment close to the Sylvenoire woods and the alpine ski slopes. It sits in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the Saint Ours meadow, the cross-country ski trails and the shops and restaurants of central Cogne. The apartment is well kept and bright, with sun on three sides and two balconies. An inside staircase leads directly to the private garage and a very spacious storage room (with shelves), which can also be used to store your sports and other equipment (bikes, pushchair, skis, snowshoes…).

One dog only is allowed in the apartment.

Check-in / check-out

The apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am at the latest on the day of departure.

The apartment is non-smoking (including e-cigarettes).

Pets

One dog only is allowed in the apartment. No other pets.

Accessibility

The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs).

Inventory

A full inventory listing everything in the apartment is given to guests on arrival. Any missing items or other issues noticed by guests on arrival must be reported to the owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Final cleaning

The rental always includes a full clean of the apartment, which we carry out ourselves after the guests leave. We simply ask guests to do the following before they leave:

  • Wash all the dishes in the kitchen
  • Put the crockery away in the kitchen cupboards
  • Empty the fridge completely
  • Take away all personal food
  • Take all rubbish to the public bins
  • Leave the VITA card (rubbish bins) on the table
  • Switch off all the lights
  • Close all the outside shutters
  • Lock the apartment
